Yes. All Woodbender chairs, stools, and occasional chairs are available to buy in one of four standard timber finish and fabric options. You can also specify your own fabric and timber finishes to create pieces that integrate seamlessly into any space. To specify your own fabric and timber finish, please select ‘custom enquiry’ on the product page, or get in touch with one of our seating specialists to discuss your preferences. The upholstery fabric can either be provided by the client and delivered to our factory (based in the Western Cape, South Africa), or you can specify a fabric from one of the South African fabric houses for us to quote on and order on your behalf. Get in touch with one of our seating specialists to discuss your personalisation needs.

Woodbender manufactures everything to order. We take great pride and care in manufacturing all our pieces, and therefore, a manufacture lead time of 2 – 3 weeks on our standard timber and fabric offering applies. For personalised orders, a longer lead time might apply. 

Once your order is done, we will email you the tracking code for delivery. If a quicker turnaround time is required, please get in touch with us.

Woodbender offers a 6-year structural guarantee on all indoor furniture. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions for more information.

Yes, we work closely with our partners in the interior, architectural, and hospitality industries. Trade clients can contact us directly at info@woodbender.co.za or 021 854 6034 to register as a trade partner and discuss trade discounts. 

The published product price includes VAT and shipping to any destination in South Africa. Fabric will be added to the base price, depending on which of the four standard fabric options are selected. Customers can also specify their own upholstery fabric. See “Can I customise my order?” above for more information on this option.

No, the delivery cost is not included in the price. Delivery will be calculated according to the province selected at checkout.  Orders can also be collected from our factory in the Helderberg, Western Cape (free).  Please get in touch with us to arrange collection.  International shipping is available and will be quoted separately to ensure the best possible price. Please discuss your delivery requirements with one of our seating specialists.  

Delivery within South Africa will occur within 3-5 days of dispatch from our factory in the Western Cape. Delivery times for international orders will be advised on a case-by-case basis.

Yes, we deliver nationwide in South Africa and internationally. Shipping for delivery in South Africa will be calculated at checkout and international delivery will be quoted for separately. Orders can also be collected from our factory in the Helderberg, Western Cape (free).  Please discuss any specific delivery requirements with one of our seating specialists.

Yes, Woodbender has a showroom in the Helderberg (Western Cape). Currently, our showroom visits are by appointment only. Please get in touch to set up an appointment with one of our seating specialists.

All Woodbender furniture is handcrafted in our factory in Strand in the Western Cape, South Africa.

If your furniture is damaged during delivery, we will assess damages and, if necessary, collect the product and bring it back to our factory for repairs.
